are very small or if there is a congenital
asymmetry of the breasts, the breast size
can be enhanced and symmetry achieved using
implants ( saline or silicon). These implants
can be put in front or behind the muscle by
small hidden scars. This gives the person
a confident self-image. Following pregnancy
and breast-feeding the ptotic breasts can
be enhanced by implants alone or combined
